Steps to reproduce:
1. Open or create iOS application
2. Open Entitlements.plist file.
3. Add value in 'iCloud Containers' or 'Keychain AccessGroups' by clicking on '+' icon.
4. Now double click on added value.

Actual Result: User can not edit added value.

Expected result: User should able to edit added value.

Regression Status:
Same behavior happening with stable MTVS 1.40.39 I am not sure it has ever worked or not.

Minor because you can delete and re-add as a workaround.

This issue is still exist So I am confirming this issue.

For Workaround: First single click on added value then again single click makes text box editable.

This was fixed as part of the Entitlements editor revamp on 15.3.
