When starting fsharpi the initial prompt appears and then the program hangs at the following:

F# Interactive for F# 3.1 (Open Source Edition)
Freely distributed under the Apache 2.0 Open Source License

For help type #help;;

When fsharpc is run it will hang after printing an error and not return control to the console:
F# Compiler for F# 3.1 (Open Source Edition)
Freely distributed under the Apache 2.0 Open Source License

error FS0207: No inputs specified

"mono --help" does not hang.

Mono Version: 3.2.7 master (commit 44fcdaf5052893bb811e2e9c7b551db8fcccafa0)
Fsharp Version: 3.1 master (commit 4176c2c4635e62a83fb205c528d43732e990a30f)

Build Process: Parallel Mono Environment (http://www.mono-project.com/Parallel_Mono_Environments) used for building both mono and fsharp. Command line arguments as provided in the instructions.

What os is this ? What is the output of mono --version ?

I can't reproduce this with mono master/f# master  on a debian 7.2 system.

I will attempt to reproduce from a clean environment. Currently in the process of attempting reproduction on a Raspberry Pi and Raspbian as well.

Could you try running with mono -O=-aot ?

I was unable to reproduce in a clean environment. It must have been an artifact due to configuration issues.
