Just pressing 'debug' on the toolbar doesn't clear it every time. This is a bit random, but I get it at least three four times a day. The result is that the error shown was relative to the previous action, but still gets shown for the current one. Instead the error list pane should clear of errors as soon as one rebuilds or deploys or debugs.

I have checked this issue but I am unable to reproduce this . 

For now I am closing this issue. If you will get this issue again please feel free to reopen this issue.
