From case:
"We've been working with Xamarin for some time; unfortunately, our productivity is being dragged by a slow performance while debugging between Visual Studio and Xamarin Build Host on Mac. Most of the time, debugging doesn't even work... the simulator loads up on Mac but the application never gets started. Sometimes it does work, but often times we have to open the solution on Xamarin Studio via Mac just to get things working. This isn't going to work well on our side because we rely on Visual Studio and Resharper while developing."

I have checked this Issue with latest stable builds I am successfully able to deploy and run application on build host using XVS. Application successfully launched on iOS Simulator as well as on Devices. Even I am not seeing slow performance while launching application on build host.

XVS 3.7.248
X.iOS 8.4.0.15
VS 2013/2012/2010
