XML comment documentation wraps <see> nodes into <c>, making links not displayed in VS.

Here's an example:

<summary>Retrieve a PendingIntent that will start a new activity, like calling
 <c><see cref="M:Android.Content.Context.StartActivity(Android.Content.Intent)" /></c>.</summary>

I attached to VS 2010 + Resharper screenshots showing the way links are displayed currently and a fixed version, without <c> node.

My info:
Xamarin.Android 4.10.01073 (d23a19bf)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\MonoAndroid\v4.0\Mono.Android.dll

Hmm, this seems like it should be an issue brought up with resharper ... this should work.
