RESOLVED NOT_REPRODUCIBLE

Description Colin Kirk 2013-12-06 12:45:34 UTC
This code doesn't seem to create an alert that contains the message's line break.

new UIAlertView ("My Title", "My \n Message", new AlertViewDelegate (this), null, new string[] { "Yes","No" }).Show ();
Comment 1 Sebastien Pouliot 2013-12-06 13:12:35 UTC
That works fine for me (tested on iOS7), i.e. "My" and "Message" are on two separate lines.

Under which version of iOS and (sim or devices) and kind of device (iPhone, iPad) did you run this ?

Can you attach a self-contained test case ? in case your `AlertViewDelegate` somehow affect the result.

Also include all your software version information*.

* The easiest way to get exact version information is to use the "Xamarin Studio" menu, "About Xamarin Studio" item, "Show Details" button and copy/paste the version informations (you can use the "Copy Information" button).
Comment 2 Sebastien Pouliot 2015-04-20 10:43:09 UTC
This issue could not be reproduced and without a test case we cannot diagnose this further. If this still happens please re-open the bug report and attach the self-contained test case. Thanks.
