Description Omer Raviv 2013-11-18 07:06:10 UTC
Hi there!

I'm a lead dev on OzCode<http://www.oz-code.com/>, a Visual Studio extension that makes debugging C# code easier.

I've had complaints from customers that my extension throws errors when debugging a Xamarin project.

I'd love to make my extension work correctly on Xamarin projects, but because it relies fairly heavily on implementation details of the Microsoft DebugEngine / C# Expression Evaluator , I think it'd be too difficult to make this work atm, and for now it'd be easiest to simply make OzCode automatically disable itself when debugging a Xamarin project.

Could you please give me a list of Xamarin's DebugEngines' Guids, so that I could add them to my exclusion list?

Thank you and have a great day,

- Omer Raviv, OzCode

Nevermind, I remembered that I could just look these up in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0_Config\AD7Metrics\Engine .

Thanks anyways.
