You forgot to update http://download.mono-project.com/sources/mono/
I want to update the openSUSE package to 3.2.4
You might also want to think about compressing with XZ as the size is > 50 MB already.
The 3.2.5 tarballs are there now.
Website http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html still advertises the missing 3.2.4 and the 3.2.5 tarballs are broken. The following patch fixes the make dist:

The mono 3.2.8 tarball from:
compiles fine and make dist works too.
