If the activation server times out when doing a background license sync, it causes XS/VS to deactivate.

This is not resolved for me getting "Please connect to the Internet to proceed" I cannot activate
I am as not able to activate after running just fine earlier today. Get the "Connect to the Internet" message also. Connection does happen, if I mistype user credetials it tells me - so some validation is happening. (Over the internet.) The initial bug may be fixed, but the result of the failure is not fixed. Not Resolved.
Activation now worked. Hopefully resolving this bug will allow work to continue if activation server fails behind the scene sync.
We are right now in the process of making a hotfix release containing this fix. We have also fixed the activation server problems that triggered this bug.
