This is by design
Comment 2 Nischal 2013-11-18 07:14:31 UTC
As per Comment 1, marking this issue as Verified feature.
Comment 3 René Ruppert 2014-04-29 13:01:28 UTC
How is that a feature? This is totally contra intuitive. See this screencast: http://screencast.com/t/6bpkxiCRy

* Why does it show that dialog? A feature should have some functionality but I don't see where that would be.
* Why does it show the dialog only the first time I enter the options?
Comment 4 PJ 2014-04-29 13:18:04 UTC
It really doesn't make sense when developer accounts is disabled, as in comment 3 (thanks René). As that is once again the default, this behavior should change. REOPENing.
Comment 5 René Ruppert 2014-04-29 13:21:58 UTC
What is "developer accounts"? I remember that in older versions of XS there was a way to login to the Apple dev portal and manage provisioning profiles. Is that what you mean?
Comment 6 Jeffrey Stedfast 2014-04-29 14:30:56 UTC
This is fixed in master, but maybe it didn't make it into 4.2.4?

It'll be in 5.0 for sure
