Step to reproduce:
1. Open VS
2. Create android application
3. Login window appears
4. Login with an expired account
5. Observe that a pricing trigger appears with "Renew your Xamarin.Android Subscription" and "Use Xamarin.Android Starter Edition" option
6. Select "Use Xamarin.Android Starter Edition"

Actual result:
Observe that on selecting "Use Xamarin.Android Starter Edition" pricing trigger windows get stuck and it does not go away, thereby blocking the user to perform further activities like creating projects etc.
However, we can get this pop up closed by clicking the 'x' button in the top right hand side corner.

Expected result:
On selecting "Use Xamarin.Android Starter Edition" pricing trigger window should close and user should be able to work as starter user.
