[Condition] Logged-in with an account having no license

Step to reproduce:
1. Open 'Xamarin.iOS Build Host' app on Mac
2. Observe that 'Purchase a License' and 'Begin a Trial' option appears
3. Click on "Begin a Trial' option

Actual result:
On clicking begin a trial option, it try to activate trial license. But after few second it gives a warning message(http://screencast.com/t/lfjJxsHlC) and on clicking 'OK' button, 'Xamarin.IOS Build Host' app closes. And when we reopen 'Xamarin.IOS Build Host' app, it again shows 'Purchase a License' and 'Begin a Trial' options, means user is unable to activate trial license.

Expected result:
User should able to Activate trial license through 'Xamarin.IOS Build Host' app on Mac.

There is an error from the server:

Failed to update iOS license: Failed to look up user. (UserLookupFailure)

This is possibly a good reason to review the final text on the action sheet warning.

Going right from 'Starting a trial' to 'This feature needs Business' is frustrating, as of course that's exactly what the user was trying to do.

Here we have used new Xamarin account created on 23 October having no license. Below are the details of the account:

user ID: new6@gmail.com
Password: 360logica

This case should ideally be handled by the activation service itself (the first dialog) so that we don't let the user exits the workflow without telling him something or letting him retry.

PJ, what do you have in mind for that dialog?

The log shows starting a trial, then syncing and getting a starter license.

Jeremie: Please get the expected behavior here from David, if it's the current behavior that's fine, I don't know if we can add a dialog to appropriately communicate errors at this point.

Well there is an actual bug here, that I'm going to fix momentarily. not sure why this is assigned to David, given it's legitimately broken.

I guess it's more in the general case of "something unexpected happened during action" and the user doesn't have the final entitlements he expected to have.

But let's not hijack the bug report with that if it's a legitimate issue, reassigning to you Bojan.

We are not able to check this issue due to Bug 15653.

Bug 15653 exist only when no user is logged-in.

If user is logged in with an account having no license, then he is  able to Activate trial license through 'Xamarin.IOS Build Host' app on Mac by selecting Begin a Trial option.
