Steps to reproduce :
1. Create iOS application in VS
2. Goto Tools -> Options-> Xamarin ->iOS setting
Actual result : Observed that 'sync now' link to update SDK is disable.

Expected : Sync now option should be enable so that user is able to check whether or not SDK or API documentation update is available or not.

VS 2012 / 2013
We have checked this issue again. Now we are able to get sync now option enable.
Hence mark this issue as invalid.
The issue is that the sync now button was disabled when you're not connected to a build host.
I dislike this behavior, but it is what it is. You can update the test case to account for this change.
