RESOLVED FIXED

Description Prashant Cholachagudda 2013-10-22 05:56:52 UTC
Using Expression.Equal method with `char` constants ends up with InvalidOperationException in Xamarin.iOS but same works on Mono

For example following line throws System.InvalidOperationException: Operation Equality not defined for System.Char and System.Char

Expression.Equal(Expression.Constant(' '), Expression.Constant(' '));
Comment 1 Sebastien Pouliot 2013-10-22 07:40:07 UTC
If that only happens on device (.e.g working on the simulator) then it could be linker related (there's some reflection usage in Expression).
Comment 2 Prashant Cholachagudda 2013-10-22 07:55:06 UTC
It happens both on simulator and the device.

I'm using Version: 7.0.3.213 (Business Edition)
