sample program to demonstrate the bug

If the text for a MessageBox is very long, the resulting message can be so wide that it's hard to read the message. Windows/.Net MessageBox breaks at around 4.8" width of the text. On my 1920x1200 display, the text gets to about 11.7" wide before it wraps to a new line.

Although this doesn't seem like a big deal, it is a usability concern.

Setting priority to lowest, since Windows.Forms is no longer being developed actively.
