Description Alexander Viken 2013-10-18 14:17:15 UTC
When you call GooglePlayServicesUtil.GetErrorDialog(queryResult, this, InstallGooglePlayServicesId) after checking if Google Play Service is installed the returned Android.App.Dialog only contains a textview with the word "false" and a button with label "false" that launches Google Play that lets you upgrade the Google Play Services component.

This behavior is very confusing for an end user since they won't be able to understand what the "false" button do....

@Alexander, Could you please provide test project or steps so that I can reproduce it at my end?
Comment 2 Alexander Viken 2013-11-25 15:40:37 UTC
Download the sample app here: http://docs.xamarin.com/guides/android/platform_features/maps_and_location/ - run it on any device without Google Play Services installed.
