Windows updater fail to run the Xamarin-Install.bat after click the Install button.
However, run the bat file in window do open the installer.

  I'm unable to repro this. It launches the batch file every time.

Today I have checked this issue with following builds:

All Windows
VS 2013/2012/2010
iOS for VS 1.8.295


Now after clicking on Install button, It started to install downloaded build. This is the screencast for the same: http://screencast.com/t/kN0G8azVnOu
