Steps to reproduce :
1. Create Android project in VS
2. Open Main.axml file
3. Select customize in device dropdown menu via "Click(3.7inWVGA(Nexus One))"
4. Devices window opens

Actual Result :
Issue 1.  Add and Remove button in device customize window are truncated. 

Issue 2. Click on Add device button "+", Observed that New Device window is truncated.

Issue 3. After Adding new device, Add and Remove button hide.

Putting this on the 4.10.0 milestone for Lluis to look at, but it's a low priority. If we can't get to it we'll move to the next milestone.

CONFIRMing based on the evidence given in the screencast.

This dialog is gone in 4.10.1. No plans to fix it for 4.10.0.

Today we have checked this issue with following builds

VS 2013
X.Android 4.10.01073

Now this dialog does not appear. Hence closing this issue.
