[Condition] No license on the disk

Step to reproduce:
1. Open VS
2. Create any iOS application
3. Observe that Pricing trigger appears
4. Click on 'Cancel' button

Actual result:
On clicking 'Cancel' button first time, pricing trigger does not close. When user again click on 'Cancel' button then pricing trigger becomes close.  

Expected result:
On clicking 'Cancel' button first time, pricing trigger should close.

Note: This issue exist only for iOS.

Environment info:
Windows 7 and 8
VS 2010/12/13
MTVS 1.6.94

Regression status: Regression. This issue does not exist with stable MTVS 1.3.250

While a regression, it's probably not higher priority than the pairing bugs for 1.6.

If somebody can get to this though, it would be great.

This should now be fixed in this commit -

Today we have checked this issue on following builds :

VS 2013 / 2012
MTVS 1.6.131

Now when user click on cancel button first time then pricing trigger close and it working fine.

Hence closing this issue.
