It would be quite useful to have a bookmark tab, i.e. a dockable window that lists all your bookmarks, just like the breakpoints one.

(disclaimer: I'm using MonoDevelop 2.8.2 bundled with Unity 3.5, I didn't realise they were shipping an old version)

You really should update your MonoDevelop, that one's over 2 years old.

Also, FWIW you could easily implement this as an addin.
