When you enter Publish to TestFlight information, the information is saved for when attempt to use TestFlight again.
If you change the configuration of the app, for instance from 'Debug' to 'Release', this information is no longer saved.
Minor enhancement, but would save some frustration after people realize their debug apps aren't working right and switch to release.
Do you mean the information is actually discarded, or that it's stored per configuration?
TestFlight no longer supports Android.
