This bug is a Xamarin Studio bug and isn't affected by Xamarin.iOS versions.

I thought I might have broken this recently with all of my xcode5 entitlement work, but looking over my commits, this doesn't seem to be the case.

I now suspect that this bug has been around for quite a while.

Hah, I didn't notice you said this was an issue with 4.0.10 (I just tested 4.0.10 as well) and can confirm that we've had this bug for a while.

This bug doesn't exist in my "account-manager" branch because the entitlements widgets have all been completely rewritten, so I'm going to close this as fixed.

Today I have checked this issue with following builds:

All mac
X.S 4.0.13(build 37)
Mono 3.2.3

and observed that when Xcode is below 5 then we are not seeing Check-Boxes under Passes box.
If Xcode is 5 then we are not seeing Entitlement section under Info.Plist.
