Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Single View Storyboard application
2. Drag button on View Controller
3. Click on 'Layout' and then 'Events' in properties window
Actual : Xamarin Studio Crashed when user click on 'Layout' and then 'Events' in properties window.
Expected : Xamarin Studio should not crash when user click on layout and events in properties window.

Now, user is able to navigate 'Layout' and then 'Events' tab in properties window
Hence, changing its status as Verified Fixed.
