changes to System.ServiceModel
There exists a number of #if !NET_2_1 statements around support for FaultExceptions.
Simply removing these has fixed the issue for me and FaultExceptions in WCF now work correctly.
Look for the following comment:
// TODO Confirm removal of #if !NET_2_1

Do you have a sample where FaultExceptions don't work for you? I'm trying to fix it, and I'd like as many cases as possible (the other case I'm testing is not fixed by your changes for instance).
