Description bryan costanich 2011-10-11 20:02:50 UTC
If you have to projects open in MD, you cannot copy files from one project to another via drag and drop (plus alt for copy).

Bryan
Can you clarify what your expected behavior is?

I was just able to copy by holding alt and dragging the file from one project to another project in the same solution. The target had to be a folder or a project, though. (Acceptable targets show a + cursor.)

Are you saying you think you should be able to alt + drag and drop into any location and the file should be moved to the parent folder?

It only seems to be working for single files. but if you select multiple files, no go.

it used to not even work for single files though, so we're getting somewhere. :)

This is working for both single and multiple files now in 6.2, so long as the drop target is the folder or project
