Tools - > Open Android SDK Manager is not working. Nothing happens when clicked on the menu item.
Version 4.0.12 (build 3)

Works fine for me. What version of Windows? Is the Android SDK installed?

Please copy/paste system info from the About dialog.

I get exactly the same bug (that means, this bug has been open for more than a year, which is quite long....):

"Tools - > Open Android SDK Manager is not working. Nothing happens when clicked
on the menu item."

Xamarin Studio 5.2 (build 366)
Windows 7

What can I do?

The following solution worked in my case:

The problem was that I had Eclipse (with the Android tools) running at the same time. There seems to be a conflict at this point. If I shut Eclipse down I can open Android SDK Manager from Xamarin Studio.

You need to give the correct path of where android SDK is stored, because in some cases , if you do not give the correct path, it shows error...

There hasn't been any further activity on this bug and does not appear to be reproducible so I'm closing it for now. Please feel free to reopen it if you have any further information to add or are still experiencing the issue.
