RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 14181

Description Peter Collins 2013-08-23 12:14:06 UTC
I'm not sure of the exact scenario that causes this error, however I hit an exception when attempting to copy and paste a file called "LinearLayout1.cs". However, when I attempt to copy and paste the file "LinearLayout2.cs", XS renames and copies the file as expected.

Unable to reproduce this. Looking at the code for MonoDevelop 4 there was a bug #14181 in this area which seems to have the same callstack. Also the code that was failing seems to be OK now since it will try to remove the file before adding it again.
