Step To Reproduce:

1.Launch the MonoDevelop.
2.Click on "Start a New Solution" link.
3.Choose C# > MonoTouch > iPhone in left hand panel.
4.Select Single View Application from the center panel.
5.Enter the name and click on OK button.
6.Select on Build<<Build All.

Actual result:
Error occurs stated "Mtouch failed"in build the project.
Expected Result:
Error should not occur and application should build successfully.

When you get an error like this could you attach the output of the Build Output pane?   The actual details of what went wrong are there.

I was not able to reproduce, I suspect the error 99 is some local configuration error.

Now we have tested this with MonoTouch 5.0 and it is working fine.

Hence, closing this issue.
