This rule has a few problems.

1) It underlines the entire method, it should just underline the signature

2) Grammar/casing is wrong, it should be "Class overrides Object.Equals but not Object.GetHashCode"

3) It does not detect existing GetHashCode - see MacOSXSdkVersion.cs in md-addins
