xamarin studio seems to be configurable in a lot of ways, but there is one thing that i can't get it to do. When I type something like
it splits it up to
or the more common case
if (foo) method();
get split up as
I've tried all the settings that I can find, but I still can't get those commands not to get split up into multiple lines. Is there a setting that I'm not seeing?
That one was missing - I added it.
(By default I allow now both styles).
I have verified this issue on following environment, But I am getting same issue. When I typed above code it automatically splitted.

Version 4.2.3 (build 154)

sadik: you need to turn that behavior on. Splitting up is the 'common' formatting style.
Can you please tell me what behavior I need to turn on.
I have checked this under Xamarin>>Tools>>Options but unable to reach around that behavior
Stuff like that is inside the formatting options
new lines-> place embedded statements on new line
I have changed behavior by selecting Xamarin>>Tools>>Options>>TextEditor>>Behavior and changed Indentation value "None"
After changing behavior its working fine.
