Description Alan McGovern 2013-08-08 13:57:32 UTC
If I use mdtool to build a monotouch project with no monotouch installed this happens:

ERROR [2013-08-08 13:12:07Z]: Xamarin.iOS is not installed: The Xamarin.iOS SDK could not be detected. Either it has never been installed or an update of Xcode has removed the SDK. Please re-install Xamarin.iOS, you can download it from the Xamarin website.

Yet the build is marked as success.

I seem to recall fixing this when cleaning up the IPhoneBuildExtension code

the problem was just not calling result.AddError()
