    return type.GetRuntimeProperties();
}
all methods are the same

mareks: All the RuntimeReflectionExtensions methods cause infinite recursion and StackOverflowExceptions.

$ csharp
csharp> using System.Reflection;
csharp> typeof(string).GetRuntimeProperties();
// BOOM
