RESOLVED FIXED

Description Ricardo 2013-07-29 14:49:39 UTC
If I install a mono version great than 2.10.11

My solution for asp.net doesn't compile, all asp.net tag is matched as an error
with the message:

Unexpected '<' in unnamed  tag.

I deleted all mono frameworks and install only the version 2.10.11
and all works fine.

look a screenshot with the error:

http://screencast.com/t/DQOP6EQM

After I update the Xamarin Studio, still I select the version 2.10.11 the project is not compile.

The problem is if I update Xamarin Studion to take new features of the mono droid and monotouch the new
mono framework is installed.

I can't select the features I want.

What version of xamarin studio?
Comment 3 Darren Dickerson 2013-09-28 21:46:19 UTC
I'm on 4.0.12(build 3).  Data-Binding Expressions throw compile errors.

I have checked issue mentioned in comment 7 and noticed that for below code:
<asp:ScriptManager id="test" runat="server" />

I am getting error message "The tag type 'aspScriptManager' has not been registered", hence I reopening this issue.
