The System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CachePolicy is no longer available in latest X.iOS and XA
, breaks the previous applications using the CachePolicy property.
*** Bug 13465 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Code in question is similar to:
var noCachePolicy = new HttpRequestCachePolicy(HttpRequestCacheLevel.NoCacheNoStore);
request.CachePolicy = noCachePolicy;
And is in the Lightstreamer .NET client dll which is attached.
The property is used within a 3rd party library that we need to use with our app. As such we cannot upgrade to latest Xamarin versions.
Marek, you took it out. Bring it back, please. :)
Fixed in mono/b69d8334 and Fixed in monodroid/fbfec206.

Mac OSX 10.9/ 10.7.5
Mono 3.2.2 ((no/a0fc6ba)
XS 4.1.9(build 6)
Hence, verifying this issue.
