Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch the MonoDevelop.
2.Create a solution.
3.Double click on Main.cs file.
4.Write some code on the main.cs file.
5.Save the code.
6.Select Undo option from Edit<Undo path or command-z.
When user writes any code and save the code,code can deletes after selecting Undo or pressing Command+Z.
Written code should be not be removed from the Main.cs/Appdelegate.cs/ViewController.cs/ViewController.designer.cs file after saved.

Undoing after saving is perfectly valid, am I missing something?

As per the comments from Michael, this is working fine. Hence, closing this issue.
