Example program demonstrating the issue
Int64.Parse does not seem to parse the exponent correctly even when passed the AllowExponent flag.
Essentially this seems to be the same as this bug on Novell's bug tracker:
except it relates to the Int64 class.
The attached example works when the reference to Int64 is replaced by the reference to Int32.
Already fixed in Mono 3.*
