I couldn't reproduce this bug. Able to successfully deploy sample and load image on clicking image link.

@ Atin:

When you click on Image link in Drawing sample, the image icon is not loaded and hence a System.Null reference exception is thrown, which ultimately leads to a crash of application. This could be related to size of image as well.

ref: Line 40 Drawing/Screens/ UIImage apressImage = UIImage.FromFile ("Images/Icons/512_icon.png");

Can you clean up your test environment to free up memory and execute the application again.

Today I have checked this issue with following builds:

X.S 4.0.10(build 5)
Mono 3.1.2
Xamarin.iOS 6.3.8-10

We have tried same sample on which this bug was reported and getting same issue but when I use the old one sample then I am not seeing any crash, I am successfully able to upload image after clicking on 'Image' button.

Issue is that the sample which we are using are downloaded using Terminal using command(git clone git@github.com:xamarin/monotouch-samples) which are corrupted.

Hence, Closing this issue
