That's with an iOS7 DP3 device right ?
What happens if you try to deploy the same to an iOS6 device ? (or anything before DP3)

note: in Xcode you can use the "Clear" button on the logs just before launching your app. That will make the logs quite a bit shorter to scan :-)
This bug was targeted for a past milestone, moving to the next non-hotfix active milestone.
This bug is no longer occurring with latest stable release, Xamarin.iOS 18.104.22.168. Hence, I am closing this bug.

Today we have checked this issue with following builds :
XS 4.2.3 (build 51)
iOS device 7.0.4
Now we are able to deploy Universal storyboard openGL template application on device and simulator successfully.
Hence closing this issue.
