The following is a feature request: Full Conditional Support in Project Files. The attached project file contains conditionals in locations that apparently XS/MD doesn't support but Visual Studio does. I want to use one project file for both Windows and Mac using conditionals to deal with the differences.

This is implemented - MSBuild/xbuild support. However, it doesn't currently work for all projet types, see http://mjhutchinson.com/journal/2012/08/19/state_msbuild_support_monodevelop
