Crash log on 4.0.9

After installing and restarted Xamarin, it goes into a loop trying to acquire the license.

"Error XA9010: Unable to determine license edition. (XA9010) (MCC.Core)"

After deleting the license file, the license file and entitlements file have been recreated, but looping persists.

If you try to to update to 4.0.9, the user gets the attached crash log. A downgrade back to 4.0.8 resolves this issue.

Entitlements come back that the license file is being recognized as the correct version (mandroid 4.6.8.13400803 Business).

User is behind a proxy.
