Steps to reproduce:
Condition: Internet connection should be disconnected.
1. Open VS.
2. Got to Tools->Options->Xamarin->Android Settings
3. Click On 'Check Now' link
Actual result: Nothing happens( no internet error message appears) when user click on Check Now link.
Expected Result: Internet error connection message should displayed if user ckick on Check Now link when Internet is disconnected.

Now pop-up for error checking for updates appears if user click on Check Now link when Internet is disconnected. Hence marking this issue as a verified.
