Theme chooser dialog

Within the attached dialog box, I'd like to either:

1) Click on a color theme and have the IDE update instantly.  If I cancel, it will change back.

or

2) Have an apply button so I can check out the theme first without dismissing the dialog box.

This is planned, we will be making all preferences with a visible effect apply instantly.
