Today, We have checked this issue with following builds:

All mac
XS 4.0.9
MT
Mono 3.0.12
Device : ipod6.0/iphone 6.1.3
App info: monotouch-samples-master-3.0. - 4638ae8895e6af6ba62ae30d0c7e28e92c6214b4

We are still getting this issue application does not render properly on the device. A white screen appears on the device and this screen hides the buttons 'Setting', 'Start/Stop' and 'Browser' only buttons appear partially.

When we tap any button then all buttons appear properly and a camera appears on
the screen.

Hence reopening this issue

This bug was targeted for a past milestone, moving to the next non-hotfix active milestone.
Comment 7 GouriKumari 2014-01-02 12:34:03 UTC
I changed the maxDimensionPercent in MediaCaptureViewController to fix the textView overlap over the toolbar buttons. I also, tested with iPad, iPodtouch, iPhone devices. The texView is rendering properly without hiding the buttons.

@Atin:
Please retest again with the latest monotouch-sample repo. If the issue persists, reopen the message.
