Sample code

Repro steps:

1) Load attached code into IDE.

2) In Main, type the following after line 9:

f.DoStuff(

Results:

Tooltip will show "x: some sort of number"

3) Create a new Foo:

Foo x = new Foo(

Results:

Tooltip will show "Foo(int w, int h)".

Expected:

Tooltip should show "a width" and "a height" as documented on the Foo constructor.

Works for me with 2.8.1

If it doesn't work for you in 2.8.1 - reopen.

I would like to have a test case when that happens.
