Program that works on Microsoft C# compiler, but fails with gmcs
The attached program compiles and works just fine with Microsoft's C# compiler on Windows 8, but fails with Mono's gmcs (opensuse 12.3) with the following error:
error CS0647: Error during emitting `System.Runtime.CompilerServices.MethodImplAttribute' attribute. The reason is `Incorrect argument value.'
Note that removing the cast to short is enough to make the program work.
gmcs --version gives me:
Mono C# compiler version 18.104.22.168
This was probably compiled from git. If so, I'm at revision 1cdeca43bb0d45fbaa9796c62b2b944126baa67a (Apr 25).
