I think error message should just ask the user to try and download the latest bits themselves, and then contact support if necessary.

The user should be able to download from either 

(A)their account (if they're license holders)

or (B) from our download page

http://xamarin.com/download

Unless this error is a catch-all for other issues that I'm not aware about.

heard this was taken care of after update. so no need to fix.
