This is to track ongoing work on printing support on Windows.
Printing support is currently broken on Windows.
The print command can be fixed by using STA on the MD main thread, but that breaks the Win32 debugger, which requires MTA. This needs to be fixed by marshalling the debugger calls to a MTA thread. Marshalling the print call to a STA thread isn't viable, it causes MD to hang when clicking on the main window.
Even when Windows printing support is working, the print preview fails because it uses an external viewer by default, and windows cannot open the generated emf file. We could fix this by implementing an embedded print preview like GEdit does.
*** Bug 913 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I guess that's already fixed since we now use STA.
