Under Mono version 126.96.36.199 64-bit (from latest Ubuntu 13.04 installation) there is a problem with displaying contents in PictureBox'es. When Image property is set to bitmap, which has height equal or greater than PictureBox.Height, the content is not displayed. To display a bitmap, its height must be at least 1 px smaller, than height of a PictureBox.
This does not affect image width - it can be greater or equal than PictureBox.Width and it is still shown correctly.
This seems to be version-specific - I did not observe this in 32-bit version of Mono and under 2.8/x64 version.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Windows Forms application and add a pictureBox
2. Try to fill box with bitmap of height >= box height, e.g:
pictureBox.Image = new Bitmap(pictureBox.Width,pictureBox.Height,PixelFormat.Format24bppRgb);
This should produce black square.
3. Try to run it under specific configuration
