Steps to reproduce:
1. Open or create Xamarin.Mac application.
2. Go to project option->Mac OS X Application
3. Click Application Category drop down list.
4. Scroll up and down using mouse wheel
Actual result: when user scroll down the mouse wheel in drop down list, extra space adding in dropdown.
Expected result: Dropdown list should behave properly when use scroll down the mouse wheel

NOT A REGRESSION: We are seeing this issue with Xamarin.Mac 1.2.0
this is really just the way Gtk (and even Mac) does option menus. Not sure there's anything we can really do about this...
I don't think there's a Mac menu that results in the giant vastness of empty space above the table rows when scrolling.
Here's one combo box from Xcode - http://screencast.com/t/9KRQefesUGs - there is no static background that the table rows move over during the scroll.
It's not a huge issue, but I don't think that this http://screencast.com/t/lUbfAPZdB should be expected behavior.
I'll mark it as a minor bug.

I don't think we have this application category combobox anymore and in any case, that GTK bug is gone now.
