When using Storyboards and a generated .cs file is created, it automatically has a constructor which takes an IntPtr parameter. This class also comes with three generated using statements:
However I'm not 100% sure what is causing this but I think it is due to me having the format code on save option enabled. But when saving for the first time, the 'using System' statement is removed. This then breaks the compilation of the project as IntPtr requires this using statement.
It's likely not related to the designer itself, but they'll know how to duplicate it (and likely where it fits :-)
Your best option for now is to disable format on save, or whatever it is that is causing the using statement to be removed.
format doesn't remove using statements.
There was a bug in format that moved using statements into the header comment - that has been fixed.
